Shipping info

*the following is for orders placed on or after Monday 11th November, orders placed before may have had other shipping options available at checkout including an International economy service which can take up to 12 weeks for delivery and is an untracked service* 

 

Most of my pieces are made to order and estimated lead times for your order to be made and shipped will be listed in each item description. Ready to go pieces, prints etc will be shipped within 5 working days. 

Domestic/UK Orders

All UK orders (except stickers) are sent via Royal Mail and tracking information will be provided upon fulfilment. 

Stickers and other small letter items under 100g are sent using Royal Mail Standard. If your parcel fails to arrive after 14 days please get in touch via my email - indiapixietextiles@gmail.com

International Orders

All items (except stickers) are sent using Royal Mail Tracked which gives end to end tracking, in the rare occurrence your parcel should go missing or arrives damaged you'll be offered either a refund or a replacement. 

Stickers and other small letter items under 100g are sent using Royal Mail standard, to keep shipping prices low for customers on small priced items. If your parcel fails to arrive after 14 days please get in touch via my email - indiapixietextiles@gmail.com

 

 

Customs/Import fees 

Since January 1st 2021, shipping to the EU has changed. Each country may have their own fees, import fees, customs, tax, vat etc so please check prior to placing an order as you will be responsible for any fees you may incur upon delivery. 

Please ensure you have input a correct shipping address as I cannot accept liability for any parcel loss due to incorrect address. 

In the event an item arrives damaged please email me with your order number and a photo of the damaged item to indiapixietextiles@gmail.com.
