Shipping info

Most of my pieces are made to order and estimated lead times for your order to be made and shipped will be listed in each item description. Ready to go pieces, prints etc will be shipped within 5 working days. 

Domestic/UK Orders

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and tracking information will be provided upon fulfilment. 

International Orders

International orders are sent via Royal Mail as most fit within small/medium boxes. Larger parcels are sent via Parcelforce or Evri. International parcels that are £75 or less in value have multiple shipping options at checkout so please make sure you have selected the correct shipping method. 

International Economy - cheapest option, no tracking provided, I keep records of proof of postage which can be sent upon request, order can take longer to arrive (up to 12 weeks in some cases) This option is not tracked or insured so I am not responsible should your order go missing in the postal system, whilst this is a rare occurrence I can only recommend using the tracked and insured option to avoid disappointment. 

Once again *I can only recommend using the Tracked and Insured service, other services are used at your risk*

Tracked and Insured - Slightly more expensive option but full tracking info is provided on fulfilment and on the rare occurrence that your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged you are entitled to compensation.

Customs/Import fees 

Since January 1st 2021, shipping to the EU has changed. Each country may have their own fees, import fees, customs, tax, vat etc so please check prior to placing an order as you will be responsible for any fees you may incur upon delivery. 

Please ensure you have input a correct shipping address as I cannot accept liability for any parcel loss due to incorrect address. 

In the event an item arrives damaged please email me with your order number and a photo of the damaged item to indiapixietextiles@gmail.com.

Once more for good measure *I can only recommend using the Tracked and Insured service, other services are used at your risk*
