Made entirely by hand using a vintage tufting tool, the backing has been hand stitched with an embroidered label attached. Also has D ring attachments for easy hanging.
This piece measures approximately 40cm by 56cm
This is a one off art piece and I used a bunch of vintage and second hand yarn to create it including lots of boucle and different fibres to create lots of texture. I also used different needles lengths to create lots of depth and texture in the slug.
All animal fibres used were purchased second hand and/or are vintage.
