(Shorter loop) Pigeon sweetheart (gold)

Tactile, fluffy art piece. Slow made by hand using a manual tufting tool from the 1970s. 

measures approx 24cm at widest points, this piece is less squishy than my usual pigeons as I (accidentally) used a shorter needle!! Still cute though.

D ring attachment for easy hanging.

Finished with a hand embroidered label on the back 

I use a combination of secondhand, vintage and new yarn to make my textile pieces. All animal fibres are purchased secondhand.
